Lauren Ash

 Lauren Elizabeth Ash (born February 4 1983) is a Canadian comedian and actress who is based in Los Angeles, but originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most well-known to people who watch television for her role in Superstore as Dina Fox. Ash is also a graduate of the Second City Toronto Mainstage as and Second City Chicago mainstage. In addition, she is half of the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She is a twice Canadian Comedy Award winner for Best Female Improviser in 2006 and 2007 . She she also won the award for Best Performance by a Female Television in the film Almost Heroes in 2012 and in 2015 won Best Female Performance in a Feature Film for her performance as Carol in the film Dirty Singles. Also, she was a guest on the Prank Show "Scare Tactics". Lauren hosts her own podcast "True Crime and Cocktails" with Christy Oxborrow.
